Indigo Natural Dyeing Workshop

Before winter properly sets in, I’d love to host one last natural indigo dyeing workshop this Saturday! 

Natural indigo dyeing works best in warmer conditions, so as the weather gets colder, this might be our last chance to dye fabric together until next summer. I really hope that when the warmer days return, I’ll still be here to welcome you back and make things together.

In this workshop, we’ll explore two different indigo dyeing techniques: paste resist and tie-dye. We’ll experiment with different textures and patterns and discover the beautiful, unexpected results that natural indigo can bring.

Everyone will get to make and take home:

✿  A3-sized cotton tote bag OR 55x55cm Bandana

✿  A4-sized indigo-dyed textile piece

I’d love to get together and make something with you all while there’s still a little warmth in the air, enjoy those lovely little surprises that happen during the dyeing process, and create a few more happy memories in this ever-changing space.
